6.25 mm - Dual Bolt-Lock - ScrewOn Mount
Use “Bolt-Lock Mounts” if you want your entire board or segments of your board to be easily removable, or if you're using Multibin Plates. This mounting method creates a 6.25 mm offset from the surface. This is a “Dual” Mount that holds two Tiles together.
To set it up:
- Use Multiboard Snaps for unconnected removable tiles. Or use Raised Snap Connectors for a connected removable board.
- Secure the Bolt-Lock Mounts to a surface using screws. To align the mounts properly, first attach the mounts to the tiles using temporary passthrough bolts.
- Secure your board to the mounts using Locking Bolts.
Printing Guidelines:
Use 3 perimeter wall thickness, 0.2 mm layer height, 15% infill, and no supports. Apart from that, use your printer's default settings.
The printing orientation is as provided in the file. Make sure the downloaded files are .STL. This part has been designed with a tolerance of 0.25 mm. Your printer will need to be able to bridge gaps of up to 30 mm for some designs.

would be great to have hole for one screw in the middle, same as quads.
Could I request an L-shape version of this part? Basically this + Single Bolt-Lock merged at correct distance.
Application example: I'm placing tiles around wallswitch and I don't want to use another hole in the insert for two separate parts where the tiles meet at the corner
